Captain America and Wolverine on X-men
Evolution
Captain America and
Wolverine
Captain America made a very
interesting guest appearance once on an episode of X-men Evolution.
The episode "Operation Rebirth" focused on Wolverine's
memories of his days in the Canadian military during World War 2.
Wolverine starts down the path of memory lane once Nick Fury asks
for his help to stop Magneto from using the Rebirth
technology.
Captain America and Logan
team up to rescue some concentration camp victims from the Nazis.
Cap and Logan jump out of a moving plane without parachutes and give
the Nazis what for! One of the victims turns out to be a young boy
who will one day be the notorious mutant known as Magneto.
Unlike the known comic book origin
of Captain America Steve Rogers begins to get sick from the Rebirth
Project. Cap is placed in suspended animation at S.H.I.E.L.D,
and doesn't come out to fight for the American way in our day.
Wolverine fails to stop Magneto in our day from using the Rebirth
technology, but in the end it's only used to prolong the aging life
of Magneto. Although given the chance to kill Logan, Magneto stays
his hand to repay a debt he owed to Cap and Logan from his days as a
small boy in a Poland concentration camp.
Play a clip from Operation Rebirth Cap
downs an enemy plane with his shield.
Watch
the episode and discuss on the board.
